Scottish Sea Kayak Experience
•What: The wild tidal coast of Scotland offers some of the best Seakayaking in the world! It is a great location to learn the skills required to paddle in tidal water, whilst enjoying the amazing scenary, nature, culture and history which Scotland is reknowned for! This is a trip where you will have already paddled seakayak to around at least the SKF Green Standard, to get the most from this experience.
•Season: May-October.
•How long: 5-7 days.
Scottish Canoe Experience
•What: The mountains of Scotland provide an amazing backdrop for various classic open canoe trips where you will certainly be able to use all your traditional open canoe skills. The Great Glen is the classic route from Fort William to Inverness crossing the formidable Loch Ness, the River Spey provide the chance to paddle the river from its source in the Grampian mountains all the way to the sea through the rich Speyside Whisky Countryside. The River Tay provides some more challenging water and again will provide a chance to test all of your open Canoe skills.
•Season: May-October.
•How long: 5-7 days.
Greenland – Birthplace of the Seakayak
•What: Surely a ‘must’ on every self-respecting seakayaks tick list! In partnership with @kayakthomas, we will journey from Illulisat on the West coast of Greenland, south on a journey of discovery where we have no real objective, other than to paddle amongst icebergs, whales and some of the most amazing nature the planet has to offer!
•Season: July.
•How long: 2 weeks.
Mongolian Wilderness Canoe
•What: This is a truly ‘once in a lifetime’ trip! Imagine a real wilderness canoe trip through the mystical Mongolian Steppe on a journey of 200km carrying everything you need to make the journey safe, fun and memorable! We will be totally self-supported and will even have a local guide to join us so that we can make the most of the rich culture and heritage of the strong and proud nomadic peoples we may meet on the way.
•Season: June-July.
•How long: 3 weeks.
